As a Human Resource Representative, this position plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting the overall human resources functions within the organization.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. 

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, background checks, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience.

Policy Implementation:

  • Announce information on HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
  • Reviews/tracks all documents that are compliant with mandatory and non-mandatory training. Including but not limited to continuing education courses and work assessments.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety. 

Benefits Administration:

  • Provide information to employees regarding benefits programs.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers and ensure accurate administration.

As a Wholesale Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale clients, promoting our products/equipment, and driving sales within the wholesale market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of wholesale business practices. 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients. Identify and target potential new wholesale clients to expand the customer base. Act as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Sales and Business Development: Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our products or services. Provide product training and information to wholesale clients to enhance their understanding and sales capabilities.

Qualifications:

Join our Team!! Seeking Product Service Technician at our Sioux Falls, SD branch location. The Product Support Technician will complete a variety of light duties such as maintaining, repairing, and servicing equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: light-duty maintenance.
  • Inspections: Inspect equipment and/or finalization of equipment prior to delivery or sale.
  • Repairs: light repair on incoming/outgoing equipment.
  • Documentation: attention to detail is a must.
  • Customer Interactions: Interact with customers when loading and unloading equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: understanding of equipment.
  • Problem-solving: Have excellent problem-solving skills when working with various pieces of equipment.

Seeking Service Technician (Sioux Center, IA) and Road Technician (Sioux Falls, SD) will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing equipment. The Spencer store location is seeking an individual who will perform both road service technician and in-house service technician duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on equipment, machinery, or systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and identify issues or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment to determine the root cause of problems.
  • Repairs: Execute repairs and replacement of faulty components, such as electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic parts.
  • Testing and Calibration: Test and calibrate equipment after repairs or maintenance to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and parts used.
