Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a passion for ensuring smooth operations? New Tec, a leading provider of material handling, construction, and landscape equipment, is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in Sioux Center, IA.
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our service team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Communications: Manage incoming service calls, actively listen to customer needs, and determine the appropriate next steps.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) Scheduling: Proactively contacting customers regarding upcoming PM's, creating repair orders, and coordinating scheduling with the service department.
- Service Support: Act as a backup for scheduling service technicians as needed and facilitate loaner equipment for customers.
- Telematics Monitoring: Monitor telematics data daily and take necessary action to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Warranty Management: Review and file warranty claims for all vendors and ensure timely processing.
- Service Bulletin Management: Review active service bulletins, ensure required work is completed, and file warranty claims.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and identify issues or malfunctions using diagnostic tools and equipment to determine the root cause of problems.
