PARTS REPRESENTATIVE

New Tec is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Representative to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you’ll assist customers with parts sales and research, manage inventory, and support service technicians while building strong relationships with customers and vendors. Hiring Location: Sioux Falls, SD

 

Responsibilities:

• Process Parts Orders: Accurately and efficiently handle parts orders for walk-in and phone customers.
• Manage Inventory: Maintain optimal parts inventory levels to ensure service technicians have the parts they need.
• Source Parts: Work with vendors to locate parts and secure competitive pricing.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Research Parts: Identify the correct components for equipment and find alternative solutions when needed.

• Customer Service Skills: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills when working with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Teamwork: Works well with others to support service technicians and meet customer needs.
• Vendor Relations: Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors.

 

Monday – Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm | 40-45 hours per week
