Job Summary
New Tec and RA Rentals are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts across multiple locations and brands. This position is responsible for creating professional marketing materials, managing social media content, producing videos and digital content, and helping promote our equipment, services, events, and company culture.
The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with a passion for content creation and digital marketing. This role works closely with multiple departments and branch locations to develop marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive customer engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design print and digital marketing materials; including advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, email graphics, and promotional pieces that support company branding and business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content that promotes products, services, events, employee highlights, and company culture.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of equipment, employees, customer projects, and company events for use across digital and print marketing channels.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all company marketing materials and communication platforms.
- Update and manage website content, digital assets, and marketing materials to ensure information remains accurate, current, and effective.
