PARTS REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary

New Tec is searching for a Parts Representative to join its growing team in Worthington, MN. This individual will be the primary point of contact for parts sales, assisting walk-in and phone customers, and ensuring the service technicians have the necessary inventory. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and vendors is key to success in this role.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, with an unwavering commitment to excellent customer service. They should also be a meticulously organized team player who enjoys the challenge of parts research. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Processes parts orders accurately and efficiently for walk-in and phone customers.
• Manages and maintains optimal inventory levels for New Tec Service Technicians.
• Sources parts with various vendors to ensure competitive rates.
• Provides exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conducts parts research to identify correct components and alternative solutions.
