FIELD SERVICE MANAGER

New Tec is looking for an individual to join our Sioux Falls branch as the Field Service Manager. This team member will be communicating with customers to ensure the timeliness of equipment maintenance, along with completing quote estimates and billing paperwork as it pertains to service calls and shop work.

Successful candidates will possess strong organization and communication skills, and will need the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and provide excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming service calls, communicating externally with customers and internally with service technicians.
• Provide repair estimates to customers and complete billing paperwork.
• Schedule road service technicians.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Monday- Friday | 40-45 hours per week
