Job Summary

New Tec is looking to add an Administrative Assistant position for our Sioux Center, IA location. This team member must be reliable, detail orientated and possess superior organization and communication skills. The ability to multitask is essential as this position includes office support, answering phone calls and data entry. A professional attitude and high level of customer service experience is essential for this individual to be successful.

 

Primary Responsibilities

· Handle incoming customer inquiries in person and over the phone

· Provide administrative duties and office support to multiple departments

· Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and equipment records

· Manage filing systems and organize documentation efficiently

· Support equipment inventory management and tracking

· Maintain a professional front office environment and deliver excellent customer service
